AI Infrastructure Capacity Access
Data Center Capacity Is the New Bottleneck. We Solve for It.
Hardware is only useful when power, cooling, network, and GPU-ready space are available. KloudX screens and coordinates those constraints together, then deploys the infrastructure through production acceptance.

Capacity Intelligence
Current AI-ready capacity, by market.
Market-level view. Operator identity and exact site are shared after qualification.
Updated weekly
Capacity changes weekly. Tell us what you need and we'll screen current availability.
Start a Requirement →Estimated deployable GPUs are planning outputs, not engineering guarantees. Engineering confirmation is required for every site. All pricing, equipment availability, data center capacity, power availability, and deployment timelines are subject to availability. Estimates are based on weekly supply and deployment forecasts and may change daily due to hardware allocation, facility capacity, utility availability, logistics, network readiness, and other market conditions. Final pricing and delivery dates are confirmed only in an executed customer agreement.
The Gap We Fill.
Compute demand outpaces available capacity
Qualified workloads are competing for a shrinking pool of deployable, liquid-cooling-ready space.
Power, not floor space, is the real constraint
Utility interconnection queues in saturated markets now run 18-36+ months. Sites with confirmed substation capacity are worth more than raw square footage.
Most existing colocation stock isn't GPU-ready
Legacy air-cooled facilities top out around 15-20 kW/rack. Modern GPU racks run well above 100 kW/rack and need direct-to-chip liquid cooling or immersion.
What this is - and isn't.
KloudX sources and screens facility, site, and power capacity, and deploys your hardware into it. We are not a self-service GPU cloud. Where a requirement includes hardware or committed compute, we coordinate it through partners and current allocation forecasts, and say so in the assessment.
Facility Types We Source.
From fully operational colocation to powered land, matched to your runway.
Tier III / IV Colocation
Concurrently maintainable to fault-tolerant, retail or wholesale.
Powered Shell
Structure and utility power delivered, no white space buildout yet.
Dark Shell
Structure only, power not yet secured. Earlier-stage, longer runway to occupancy.
Modular / Prefabricated
Factory-built, containerized or skid-based, 1-4 MW per module.
Build-to-Suit
Custom-built to one tenant's spec on controlled land.
Brownfield Conversion
Retrofit of existing industrial or commercial buildings, skipping years of entitlement.
Land - Powered
Confirmed or reserved utility capacity, no structure.
Land - Unpowered / Greenfield
Interconnection not yet secured.
Wholesale Campus
Large multi-building, typically hyperscale-oriented.
What We Evaluate.
Every site is screened against the criteria that actually decide whether GPUs can run.
- Power availability and utility interconnection queue position
- Redundancy topology (N / N+1 / 2N / 2N+1) matched to workload risk tolerance
- Cooling readiness - air, rear-door heat exchanger, direct-to-chip liquid, immersion
- Structural floor loading for liquid-cooled, GPU-dense racks
- Network fabric access - InfiniBand (NDR/XDR) or RoCEv2, carrier diversity, dark fiber
- PUE and water usage where evaporative cooling applies
- Permitting and zoning / entitlement status

How It Works.
Four steps from requirement to production.
Requirements Intake
Power, density, cooling, timeline, location, and contract term (12 / 24 / 36 months) captured up front.
Site Screening
Interconnection, substation, and structural / cooling fit verified.
Capacity Match & Introduction
NDA, direct introduction, technical fit pre-vetted before you talk.
Deployment
KloudX takes it from dock to production. Standard deployment planning baseline: 45 days once site and power fit are confirmed.
All pricing, equipment availability, data center capacity, power availability, and deployment timelines are subject to availability. Estimates are based on weekly supply and deployment forecasts and may change daily due to hardware allocation, facility capacity, utility availability, logistics, network readiness, and other market conditions.
